LapGear Lap Desk with Device Ledge

I love my lap desk! It is exactly what I have been looking for. My computer fits perfectly and I love having a place for my phone to sit and the mouse pad is the perfect size. I work from home and this allows me to sit wherever I want.

My only complaint is that it could be a little deeper. The length side to side is fine, but because of the depth, it doesn't play especially nicely with tablets (or at least Surfaces), so they fall off the back or get shut when you move it. If there was a way to extend the back, this would be ideal. As it stands, I'm figuring out a solution on my own.It still gets five stars because it is a good size for laptops and the mousepad is awesome. Nothing in the description was wrong. I just thought it would be deep enough for the tablet and wanted to let folks know it may not be if they're hoping to use it with their own.

With me working from home due to the pandemic, my sleeping pattern has changed. I sleep late and wake up just in time to log into work. This has been perfect, I get this on my lap in bed and start working. I love that it has a mouse pad area which is just perfect. I love the little bump for the laptop that allows me to shift position without laptop sliding off. I wish the mouse pad area was magnetic surface so the mouse stays put, when I shift position, the mouse slips. Apart for that, this is a perfect desk to work in bed or on the couch.

Love that I can lay on my bed and use my laptop and mouse on a sturdy surface. The lap desk is very comfortable and holds my tech securely. The cushions on the underside are situated to reduce heat build up, but I did feel some heat after an hour of use. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I love using this! As a teacher that comes home and grades paper online, this is a lifesaver! Keeps my MacBook cool and elevated for me to use. Highly recommend.
